If Garden Glow is canceled, paid ticket holders will be given a full refund that should appear directly on their ticket payment method within 2-3 business days.

Please follow appropriate social distancing restrictions of six feet or more from anyone not in your traveling party.

Cloth face coverings must cover the nose and mouth are required for everyone age 9 and older per the City of St. Louis and CDC guidelines. Face shields do not qualify as appropriate face coverings.
All employees, visitors, and volunteers will be required to wear face coverings.
Increased frequency and intensity of cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces (such as handrails, signage, seats, and benches) following CDC and EPA guidelines. Hours of operation have been reduced to include nightly and weekly deep cleaning.

Trash cans will be limited to the area near Ridgway Visitor Center in the outdoor dining area only. No sorting of trash. Please take all refuse out with you when you leave.

Visitors displaying any of the following symptoms before visiting should stay home, including coughing, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. Refunds and exchanges during this period will be honored without penalty.
Sick visitors
All staff working on Garden grounds will be screened prior to each shift. Employees will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire followed by a temperature check prior to the start of each shift. Only those staff who pass both the health screening questionnaire and temperature check will be allowed to enter the Garden and report for work.

Point-of-sale precautions
The Missouri Botanical Garden is easily accessible throughout the metro area and conveniently located near Highway 44.
There is no charge for parking at the Missouri Botanical Garden. In the event that the parking lot is full, visitors should use the free parking at the Metro multi-modal lots at the corner of Shaw Boulevard and South Vandeventer Avenue.
